Welcome to Part 15 of the Maya’s Meadow CAL. In this part, the final part, we will complete the border. I am sitting here nursing a cup of coffee, hesitant to press ‘publish’. I don’t want this to be over, but at the same time I am so excited to see how your blankets turn out. I’m also equally excited to start working on something new. I have said this a few times, but I have enjoyed designing, making, frogging(!!!), and sharing this blanket so much!

AND
THAT
IS
IT!
Maya’s Meadow is all done. Thank you so much for joining me on this journey, and thank you to my wonderful testers, Masako for the charts and Japanese translation, and Michael for the Dutch translation and videos. I hope you have enjoyed making Maya’s Meadow as much as I did. What a happy, colourful, joyful blanket; dedicated to a very special young lady!
Remember to give the blanket a light blocking to make that border shine!

When I saw the new CAL from you, I was excited to get started. But I did not really want another afghan. So I decided to try using #10 thread and a 2mm hook. Along the way I knew I would have to add flowers and adapt some things, but I ended with a Meadow that is about 1.8 m square.

I would love to see how this turned out!
