This is Part 1 of the Mary’s Memory Hexagon I designed for my crochet cruise with Crafty Adventures. It is full of gorgeous surface detail.
Jeanette at Sunset
Made with two strands of Scheepjes Whirl and one strand of Scheepjes Stonewashed, this blanket is a rainbow celebration of colour.
Jeanette Square Pattern
Jeanette is a lacy square with a bit of surface texture in the form of Popcorns and Bubble stitches. It looks great both in a single colour or multiple colours.
Sophie’s Dream Pattern
It is with great joy that I present you with the pattern for Sophie’s Dream. Everything about this project makes me so very happy! I hope you’ve got your hooks at the ready!!
Six Degrees of Separation Coaster Pattern
I designed this simple hexagonal coaster to reflect the look and feel of the Ubuntu CAL 2018. It is perfect for using small scraps of yarn, and I think it would make a wonderful motif for a blanket (if you don’t mind all the ends)! I have decided to call it ‘Six Degrees of Separation’, based on the scientific theory that we are all separated by six or fewer degrees (or ‘friend-of-friend’s).
Emma Crochet Square Pattern
This Emma Square was designed for the June 2017 Devon Sun Yarns Retreat and named after a very courageous friend of mine. It is easy to memorise once you have made a few and is small enough to use with scraps of 10g.
Lyme Regis Tea Cosy Pattern
The Lyme Regis Tea Cosy is a simple, textured cosy made with less than 100g of worsted weight yarn. It is my second tea cosy design and I love it as much as the first.
Crochet Thimble and Scissor Keeper – “Aunty Mary’s Thing”
This crochet thimble and scissor keeper has been affectionately dubbed ‘Aunty Mary’s Thing’. This is a relatively straightforward pattern and doesn’t take long to make.
Memory Lane Blanket Pattern
I am very excited to share the pattern for the Memory Lane Blanket with you. The pattern consists of a simple six-row repeat. The border is simple but elegant, rounding the blanket off nicely.
Mandala 21 – a Pattern by John Kelly
Mandala 21 was designed by my friend John Kelly 3 years ago and remains one of my most feel-good crochet makes. The pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners.
